A notice found by Jamie, my job-searching sister:
Job Description
[A health insurance company] has a temporary part-time opening for an individual to wear a mascot’s uniform/costume (Petey P. Cup, Pokey the Syringe and Pearl E. White) at various events. This position will be responsible for promoting [the] online service campaign—“A New Way to Look at Health Care”—at these events.
As she is not terribly interested in the Petey P. Cup position, other opportunities for this recent college graduate would be welcomed!
I always hoped one of you girls would go into the Health Care field but this position isn’t quite what I had in mind!
Appears to me they could cause mass panic among their needle-phobic observers, what with the larger-than-life “Pokey the Syringe” and all.
