Hannah wrote one for Steff. Good homeschool project. So here is one about the Leakes and the Mellings. ( not as good as yours but just had to try)

There once was a fam’ named Melling,
With flowers out front for jes’ smelling
In came two Leakes.
They thought they’d stay weeks.
Will they leave? said Pete, No telling.

Not only quick, witty, and rythmic, you also got my name right! Most people don’t realize it is pronounced Trike-ler. Good job!

However, as a boy I got so sick and tired of the “go ride your trike” comments, I must admit that the limerick brought me back to those days of rolling my eyes and sighing at the would be name-assailant of my youth.
